The "Hearts" custom dice are unlocked when you complete and claim all level II precision shooter achievements. By precision it means that you have to complete the game with an exact score to get credit for the achievement. Since it is a level II, you'll have to do it more than once.In order to get some, you can intentionally zero out a box near the end of the game to get the score. Most of the time, you will forget which ones are left. You'll also be surprised at getting some without even knowing it.
The scores are 200 to 300 in increments of 5. So, 200, 205, 210, etc...
It will take a bit of time.
